About me
I'm Mia Lalor, the founder and CEO of ArchiStaffing. My passion for architecture began at a young age, and I knew I wanted to pursue a career in the field. I studied architecture at the UBA, the most prestigious architecture and design university in Argentina. After graduating, I moved to Los Angeles to work for a residential architecture firm. There, I gained valuable experience in construction methods and building codes.

Throughout my career, I've always been impressed by the talent and potential of architects in Latin America. I believe that we have the skills and expertise to provide high-quality services to clients around the world. That's why I founded ArchiStaffing: to connect talented architects in Latin America with architecture firms in the United States.
